Leaf Home in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking a Field Gutter Installer to support daily gutter installations and fabrication in varying field conditions. You will travel in your territory to complete projects and ensure installations meet Leaf Home's standards.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma, 1+ years in home construction or gutter installation, strong attention to detail, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of in-home construction, remodeling, or gutter installation.
• Ability to follow installation processes and safety rules.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and coordination.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned territory to complete gutter installations.
• Install gutter systems and gutter protection at customer sites.
• Assist Field Gutter Manager in installations.
• Follow safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
• Provide quality, on-site customer service.
• Operate a box truck and ladders safely.
• Support other duties as assigned.
