Job summary

Leaf Home is seeking a Field Installer to support daily gutter installation and fabrication tasks, traveling to customer locations and delivering high-quality workmanship. You will work under the Field Gutter Manager and follow established installation processes to ensure customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.

Qualifications

• Adequate reading comprehension and ability to follow installation instructions.
• Strong communication with customers and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities on a job site.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned territory to complete gutter and gutter protection installations at customer locations.
• Ensure daily job completion to meet location targets.
• Assist Field Gutter Manager in installation tasks and quality workmanship.
• Provide excellent customer service on site and maintain safety standards.
• Follow OSHA and company safety policies during installations.
