Job summary

Leaf Home is seeking a field operations professional to manage daily gutter installation activities across assigned territories. The role requires operating a box truck, climbing ladders, and coordinating with internal teams and contractors to ensure timely installations.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in home construction or gutter work, a valid driver’s license, and a strong attention to detail. This exempt role may involve travel and occasional overtime, with comprehensive safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 3+ years of experience in home construction, remodeling, and/or gutter installation.
• Must hold an active and valid driver’s license and be able to operate a box truck safely.
• Comfort with ladders of varying heights and safe work practices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to train others.

Responsibilities

• Travel in assigned territory to complete gutter and gutter protection installations at customer locations.
• Ensure daily installations to improve location attainment and effectiveness.
• Coordinate with LeafFilter teams or subcontractors for fabrication and installations.
• Provide quality installation services by following established training processes.
• Maintain organized job documents for customer and office use.
• Follow safety rules and company policies.
