Job summary

DCM is seeking energetic Fundraising and Sales professionals to join the Guthrie Capital Campaign fundraising team. This part-time, fully remote position offers $17 per hour plus commission and requires work from home with leads provided.

Training is paid, and shifts are scheduled to fit around a 16-hour weekly commitment. Ideal candidates have fundraising or sales experience and a passion for the performing arts.

Qualifications

• Fundraising experience required; background in the performing arts highly preferred.
• No cold calling -- all leads are Guthrie patrons and/or current/lapsed donors.
• Fully remote/WFH -- all calling is done virtually through your laptop/computer
• Must be computer savvy with a desktop or laptop, high-speed internet and headset with microphone
• Must be articulate, persuasive, follow a script, and close sales to raise money.

Responsibilities

• Make fundraising calls to Guthrie patrons and donors.
• Close sales and raise money for campaigns.
• Attend paid training on Wednesday, 11/4 4:30-8:30 Central Time.
• Work 16 hours per week on specified shifts (Mon-Thu 4:30-8:30p CT; Fri-Sat 10a-2p CT).
• Be eligible to work from New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Illinois, or California.

If you have Fundraising/Sales experience and a passion for the Performing Arts, then DCM wants you to join our first-rate Guthrie Capital Campaign fundraising team!

DCM Inc. is a leading telemarketing firm, raising millions for arts organizations for over 25 years. We are seeking passionate and motivated individuals to join our call team and help our prestigious client continue to thrive. We're looking for energetic personalities, fundraisers and salespeople. We are currently accepting applications for new team members who meet the following criteria:

Fundraising/Sales experience required; background in the Performing Arts highly preferred.

• No cold calling -- all leads are Guthrie patrons and/or current/lapsed donors.
• Fully remote/WFH -- all calling is done virtually through your laptop/computer
• Receiving feedback/coaching from your Manager is to be expected; calls are monitored for quality assurance and productivity

You must be computer savvy and are required to have:

• Desktop or laptop
• High Speed Internet
• Headset with microphone

You MUST be:

• Articulate and persuasive, be able to follow a script, memorize it and sound authentic and natural
• Someone who can consistently CLOSE SALES and RAISE MONEY

If hired, you MUST:

• Be available to attend paid training on Wednesday, 11/4 4:30-8:30 Central Standard Time
• Be able to work 16 hours per week:
  • M-Th 4:30-8:30p Fri-Sat 10a-2p CT
  • New hires are expected to begin working shifts immediately after training.
• You MUST be working from one of the following states to be eligible: New York New Jersey Connecticut Massachusetts Illinois California
• You must have an active email that you can access regularly.

Compensation: $17hr + COMMISSION
