Job summary

DCM seeks part-time, work-from-home fundraisers to support Guthrie Capital Campaigns. No cold calls; all leads are Guthrie patrons or donors. You’ll work remotely, follow a script, and be expected to close sales while raising funds.

Requirements include fundraising/sales experience, strong communication, and reliability. Training is paid; shifts are evenings and weekends to match donor availability.

Responsibilities

• Make donor outreach calls to support Guthrie Capital Campaign.

Work part-time from home in support of the Performing Arts!

If you have Fundraising/Sales experience and a passion for the Performing Arts, then DCM wants you to join our first-rate Guthrie Capital Campaign fundraising team!

DCM Inc. is a leading telemarketing firm, raising millions for arts organizations for over 25 years. We are seeking passionate and motivated individuals to join our call team and help our prestigious client continue to thrive. We're looking for energetic personalities, fundraisers and salespeople. This is an opportunity to do something that serves a great purpose.

We are currently accepting applications for new team members who meet the following criteria:

Fundraising/Sales experience required; background in the Performing Arts highly preferred.

• No cold calling -- all leads are Guthrie patrons and/or current/lapsed donors.
• Fully remote/WFH -- all calling is done virtually through your laptop/computer
• Receiving feedback/coaching from your Manager is to be expected; calls are monitored for quality assurance and productivity

You must be computer savvy and are required to have:

• Desktop or laptop
• High Speed Internet
• Headset with microphone

You MUST be:

• Articulate and persuasive, be able to follow a script, memorize it and sound authentic and natural
• Someone who can consistently CLOSE SALES and RAISE MONEY

If hired, you MUST:

• Be available to attend paid training on Wednesday, 11/4 4:30-8:30 Central Standard Time
• Be able to work 16 hours per week:
  • M-Th 4:30-8:30p Fri-Sat 10a-2p CT
  • New hires are expected to begin working shifts immediately after training.
• You MUST be working from one of the following states to be eligible: New York New Jersey Connecticut Massachusetts Illinois California
• You must have an active email that you can access regularly.

Compensation: $17hr + COMMISSION
