Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service sales experience in retail.
• Ability to understand and follow complex compliance regulations.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to convert shoppers to buyers.
• Greet customers and facilitate the customer experience.
• Explain product pricing, features, benefits and availability.
• Maintain compliance with firearms laws including 4473 and background checks.
• Assist with ecommerce pickup and order fulfillment when needed.
