Range USA in Southgate, MI is seeking a Sales Associate to assist customers with product knowledge, process sales, and help create a memorable shopping experience.

This part-time, hourly role reports to the Store Leader and requires 1–2 years of customer service sales experience, strong compliance awareness, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–2 years of customer service sales experience.
• Ability to understand and follow compliance regulations.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and facilitate the customer experience.
• Convert Range USA customers to buyers by asking for the sale.
• Inform customers of services, discounts, and promotions.
• Process range check-ins and rentals per policy.
• Maintain compliance with all involved government agencies including 4473 and background checks.
• Answer questions about pricing, features, and availability.
• Assist ecommerce pickup when needed.
