Job summary

Top Gum North America is seeking a Production Associate in Copiague, NY. You will operate production equipment, monitor conditions, ensure product quality, and support inventory and sanitation in a fast-paced gummy manufacturing environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 2 years of manufacturing experience (food/nutraceuticals a strong asset), and good English reading/writing skills. This is a permanent, full-time position with a 12-hour shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience in food manufacturing, gummies, or nutraceuticals is a strong asset.
• English reading and writing proficiency required.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Operate single-function and multi-function machines used in gummy production.
• Monitor production conditions and adjust equipment according to recipes and SOPs.
• Record production data accurately and maintain required documentation.
• Manage curing room inventory and adhere to FIFO practices.
• Sanitize machinery and maintain production workspaces per cleanliness standards.
• Support general production tasks as needed.
