Job summary

Topgum Canada Ltd is seeking a Quality Control Technician in Copiague, NY to ensure product quality in a GMP environment. You will test raw materials, in-process and finished products, document results, and support corrective actions to maintain compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Food Science or related life science.
• HACCP knowledge and food safety understanding.
• GMP QA practices experience or familiarity.
• Experience in a GMP manufacturing environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Test raw materials, in-process, and finished products for quality attributes.
• Conduct sampling and verify compliance using GMP procedures.
• Record and interpret QC data; support corrective actions.
• Maintain QC records, calibration, and equipment monitoring.
• Enforce GMP compliance in production, packaging, and warehouse areas.
• Support environmental and product quality testing programs.
