Job summary

Wyld, headquartered in the Pacific Northwest, seeks a Production Operator Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operation of the automated gummy line in California. You will oversee start-up, production, changeovers, and shutdowns, while coordinating with the Kitchen Manager and Equipment Team for maintenance and improvements.

The role requires 3+ years in production with at least 1 year in a lead role, strong QA/QC focus, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in production/manufacturing, with 1+ year in a lead or supervisory role.
• Experience operating automated equipment.
• Familiarity with QA/QC processes and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Operate and supervise the gummy line including start-up, production, changeovers and shutdowns.
• Maintain product quality and accuracy in batch/line data logs.
• Plan production schedules with the Kitchen Manager to meet throughput and waste targets.
• Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues to minimize downtime and read basic PLC logic.
