Job summary

MeriCal is seeking a detail-oriented MFG Gummy Line Operator to join our Ogden, UT manufacturing team. You will set up, operate and monitor the gummy production line, perform in-process measurements, and ensure cGMP and SOP compliance. The role requires standing most of the shift and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

Follow written instructions including MBRs, SOPs and QA requirements.
Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
Ability to perform basic arithmetic including percentages.
Team oriented with ability to verify processes.

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and monitor gummy production line equipment (kettle, depositor, cooling tunnel).
Measure raw materials, mix, and ensure proper process flow.
Monitor cooking process with pH and Brix checks.
Spread final product on drying trays and inspect gummies for quality.
Clean, sanitize equipment and production area; maintain records.

Education

High School Diploma/Certificate

6 months to 1 year related experience
