Job summary

MeriCal is seeking a detail-oriented MFG Gummy Line Operator to join our manufacturing team in Ogden, UT. You’ll set up, operate, and monitor the gummy production line—including the kettle, depositor, and cooling tunnel—while ensuring all processes follow cGMP standards, SOPs, and Master Batch Records for high-quality gummies.

The role requires standing most of the shift and lifting up to 50 lbs. A High School Diploma or related experience is acceptable, with emphasis on safety, accuracy, and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 6 months to 1 year related experience.
• Ability to follow Manufacturing Batch Records and SOPs.
• Detail-oriented with strong quality focus.
• Experience in food nutraceutical manufacturing or mechanical aptitude.
• Team-oriented with basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate gummy production line (kettle, depositor, cooling tunnel).
• Monitor cooking process with pH and Brix checks.
• Weigh raw materials and ensure proper blend and process flow.
• Inspect gummies for quality and maintain cleanliness.
• Document batch records and labeling accurately.
• Stand for 90% of shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Operate and maintain tray washing machine.
• Compute yields and perform basic arithmetic as required.
