Job summary

Pharmavite, a leading nutrition company, seeks a Technician II to operate production equipment and drive continuous improvement on the Ohio site. You will support safe, efficient manufacturing and mentor teammates in Lean practices while ensuring quality and schedule adherence.

The role requires a HS Diploma, PIT certification, and at least 3 years of related experience, with exposure to cGMP and MES systems. Strong problem-solving and teamwork are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent education/experience required.
• Must have or complete PIT (Powered Industrial Trucks) certification training.
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience and successful completion of the Pharmavite Technician Program.
• Demonstrates the ability to troubleshoot procedures and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Adheres to cGMP, SOPs, JIs and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and operates production equipment and leads problem-solving efforts.
• Performs equipment maintenance and changeovers.
• Ensures materials flow aligns with production schedules and quality requirements.
• Leads root cause problem-solving with Lean methodologies (5S, defect fixing, CIL, change-over reductions).
• Maintains documentation including logs and production records.
• Promotes safety and develops team members to meet KPIs.
