Mars Incorporated is seeking a Processing Operator for the Gum line (Pitman Days) in Illinois. You will operate equipment, perform changeovers, and maintain strict quality and safety standards while supporting TPM initiatives. A strong emphasis on teamwork and continuous improvement is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Grade 12 or High School diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Associate degree or higher in engineering/manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Operate and change over designated machinery in the area.
• Perform periodic cleanings and ensure paperwork is completed accurately.
• Support TPM teams and strive for 5S, quality, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with team leader and peers to meet production goals.
