Responsibilities
  • Act as the dedicated steward of the cabin experience, ensuring safety and comfort while delivering exceptional, personalized hospitality and strict adherence to Part 91/135 protocols.
  • Become an expert on the owner’s profile—master preferences, dietary needs, and special requests to provide a consistently bespoke experience.
  • Manage cabin readiness: conduct detailed inventory, source and stock premium items, and ensure the aircraft is impeccably prepared before every departure.
  • Maintain meticulous records, update profiles, and organize owner lockers and storage to keep everything accounted for and in pristine condition.
  • Proactively identify and report cabin maintenance needs, coordinating with the flight deck and maintenance teams.
  • Represent Clay Lacy’s standards during aircraft showings for potential charter clients.
  • Embrace a dynamic, on-call schedule that aligns with the owner’s travel needs, including readiness for extended domestic and international trips.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3+ years of dedicated large-cabin experience under Part 91 and/or Part 135 operations.
  • Valid, unexpired driver’s license, passport, and Food Handler Certification.
  • Current emergency training certificate (CPR/First Aid) from an approved facility within the last 12 months.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends, holidays, and on-call periods.
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive pre-employment background check and drug screening.
  • Commitment to complete Clay Lacy Aviation indoctrination training.
The Right Candidate Embodies
  • Integrity & Proactivity: Build trust through honesty and anticipate needs before they arise.
  • Collaborative Excellence: Work in seamless partnership with pilots, management, and ground teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Resilient Discretion: Remain calm, resourceful, and professional in dynamic situations.
  • Ownership & Accountability: Maintain the highest standards in every detail.
