Elite Cabin Attendant – Gulfstream G600

Mineta San Jose International Airport (KSJC). Role Overview
As the Cabin Attendant on this G600, you will be responsible for all aspects of cabin operations, ensuring a seamless, personalized, and world‑class experience for the owner. The role demands discretion, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring strict compliance with all safety regulations and protocols while delivering exceptional service.
- Learning and maintaining detailed knowledge of the owner's food preferences, allergies, and personalized requests.
- Regularly updating passenger profiles and maintaining accurate aircraft inventory records.
- Organizing and maintaining owner lockers, cages, and office spaces.
- Conducting routine inventory checks to ensure quality and readiness of all cabin supplies.
- Preparing the aircraft with necessary amenities, catering, and special requests before each flight.
- Sourcing, shopping for, and stocking the aircraft with the owner's preferred items.
- Proactively identifying and addressing cabin wear and tear, coordinating with the Pilot in Command as needed.
- Safely offloading and on‑loading aircraft items during maintenance events.
- Setting up the aircraft for showings to potential charter clients.
- Maintaining a flexible schedule to accommodate the owner's travel needs.
- Maintaining continuous communication with In‑Flight Services management.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Travel Expectations
This role involves travel with prolonged overnight stays at both domestic and international locations. Flexibility is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience operating under Part91 and/or Part135 in a large cabin private or corporate jet environment.
- Residence within a 2‑hour drivable commute to KSJC – this is not a commutable or fly‑in/fly‑out position.
- Valid, unrestricted driver's license.
- Active Food Handler Certification.
- Valid, unexpired passport.
- Current Emergency Training certification from an approved training provider (completed within the past 12 months), including CPR and First Aid.
Additional Requirements
- Ability to successfully complete a pre‑employment background check and drug screening.
- Flexibility to work variable schedules, including weekends, holidays, and on‑call assignments.
- Completion of Clay Lacy Aviation indoctrination training upon hire.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $185,000 – $225,000 annually.
