You will manage cabin readiness, maintain passenger profiles, and coordinate with PIC and In-Flight Services to ensure safety, comfort, and precision on every flight.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operating under Part 91/135 in a large cabin private or corporate jet environment.
• Must reside within a 2-hour drive to KBED.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Active Food Handler Certification.
• Valid passport.
• Current Emergency Training (CPR/First Aid).

Your Role: Delivering Excellence at Every Turn

As Cabin Attendant on the Global 6000, you’ll be responsible for managing all aspects of cabin operations, ensuring a seamless, personalized, and world‑class experience while adhering to the highest safety and regulatory standards. You’ll be the face of Clay Lacy Aviation, creating memorable experiences for our clients through exceptional service and meticulous attention to detail.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Ensuring strict compliance with all safety regulations and protocols while providing exceptional service to passengers—safety is our foundation.
• Learning and maintaining detailed knowledge of the owner’s food preferences, needs, allergies, and other personalized requests—true luxury is personal.
• Regularly updating passenger profiles and maintaining accurate aircraft inventory records—attention to detail matters.
• Organizing and maintaining owner lockers, cages, and office spaces, ensuring all aircraft bedding, cabin supplies, and equipment are accounted for and well‑maintained.
• Conducting routine inventory checks to ensure quality, consistency, and readiness of all cabin supplies.
• Preparing the aircraft with necessary amenities, catering, and special requests, ensuring the cabin is spotless and all items are current and in place before each flight.
• Sourcing, shopping for, and stocking the aircraft with the owner’s requests and preferred items, rotating supplies and replacing items as needed.
• Proactively identifying and addressing any issues related to aircraft cabin wear and tear, coordinating with the Pilot in Command (PIC) or appropriate department.
• Safely offloading and on‑loading aircraft items during regular maintenance events or as required.
• Setting up the aircraft for showings to potential charter clients, ensuring it meets the highest standards.
• Maintaining a flexible schedule to accommodate the owner’s schedule, adjusting to changes in flight schedules as necessary.
• Maintaining continuous communication with In‑Flight Services management to ensure smooth operations and support.
• Performing other duties as assigned or requested.

Travel Expectations

Travel will occur with prolonged overnight stays in domestic and international locations—you’ll explore new destinations while working.

Essential Job Functions

• Able to comply with all safety requirements necessary to perform the job safely.
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards.
• Always providing excellent customer service to both internal and external clients.
• Completing Clay Lacy Aviation and other job‑related training—continuous learning is part of our culture.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience operating under Part 91 and/or Part 135 in a large cabin private or corporate jet environment—this is essential.
• Reside within a 2‑hour drivable commute to the aircraft’s home base at KBED—this is not a commutable or fly‑in/fly‑out position.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Active Food Handler Certification.
• Valid, unexpired passport.
• Current Emergency Training certification from an approved training provider (completed within the past 12 months) including CPR and First Aid.

Additional Requirements

• Ability to successfully complete a pre‑employment background check and drug screening.
• Flexibility to work variable schedules, including weekends, holidays, and on‑call assignments, unless on a scheduled day off.
• Completion of Clay Lacy Aviation indoctrination training upon hire.
