Job summary

Solairus Aviation is seeking a Full-Time Client Aviation Manager (CAM) to lead a flight department at the KTEB airport. The role requires strong leadership, aviation operations expertise, and the ability to coordinate training, scheduling, and client relations in a high-demand environment.

Qualifications

• Management background with leadership track record.
• NBAA CAM certification or leadership training preferred.
• Experience in training flight operations personnel.
• Budget development and management experience.
• College degree and/or advanced non-flight training.
• Strong interpersonal communication to coordinate activities.

Responsibilities

• Supervises personnel to ensure compliance with Solairus, FAA and manuals.
• Coordinates crew and maintenance training with training contractor.
• Develops scheduling procedures for reliable aircraft scheduling.
• Approves PTO and keeps flight schedules updated.
• Interviews personnel for operations roles and staffing.
• Submits reports and maintains training records as required.
• Promotes customer goodwill and company reputation.
• Participates in SMS implementation and safety initiatives.
