Job summary

Solairus Aviation is seeking a Full-Time Client Aviation Manager (CAM) to lead a flight department at the KTEB airport. The ideal candidate will be a team player focused on service, safety, and integrity.

Responsibilities include supervising personnel, coordinating training, and developing scheduling procedures with clients to ensure reliable operations. Qualifications include extensive flight time, PIC and MEL hours, and a strong leadership background.

Qualifications

• Total flight time: 3000 hours
• PIC time: 1500 hours
• MEL time: 1500 hours
• MEL PIC: 500 hours
• Turbo Jet time: 500 hours
• Instrument time: 250 hours

Responsibilities

• Supervises assigned personnel to ensure compliance with Solairus policies and regulations.
• Coordinates training for crew and maintenance personnel with training contractor.
• Schedules and reviews flights, training and maintenance not initiated by client systems.
• Develops scheduling procedures with clients to promote reliable aircraft scheduling.
• Approves PTO and communicates schedule changes to flight operations.
• Participates in candidate interviews and budget/operational planning.
• Maintains training currency records and operational data per Solairus procedures.
