Solairus Aviation seeks a Full-Time Client Aviation Manager (CAM) to lead a flight department at KVNY. The CAM will supervise staff, coordinate training, and ensure compliance with Solairus, FAA and client requirements, while promoting safety and top-tier service.

Ideal candidates will bring extensive flight time and leadership experience, with a strong track record in training, scheduling, and client relations to sustain exemplary flight operations and corporate image.

Qualifications

• Total flight time: 3000 hours required.
• PIC experience: 1500 hours.
• MEL time: 1500 hours, MEL PIC 500 hours.
• Turbojet time: 500 hours.
• Instrument time: 250 hours.

Responsibilities

• Supervises personnel and ensures compliance with Solairus, FAA, and regulations.
• Maintains dress code and conduct standards for staff.
• Coordinates crew and maintenance training with contracted providers.
• Schedules flights, PTO, and communicates changes to the flight coordinator.
• Leads meetings to coordinate activities and promote goodwill.
• Manages expense accounts and participates in staff interviews.
• Promotes safety, SMS, and client satisfaction across operations.
