Responsibilities

• Supervises assigned personnel to ensure policy compliance with Solairus, FAA, and regulations.
• Coordinates crew and maintenance training with the appropriate contractor.
• Develops scheduling procedures to promote reliable aircraft scheduling.
• Approves PTO and informs flight operations of schedule changes.
• Promotes safety, service quality, and goodwill with clients.
• Leads meetings to coordinate activities and resolve issues.
