Job summary

Jet Linx seeks a Pilot in Command for a Gulfstream GV based in Teterboro, NJ. You will lead safe, efficient, and passenger-focused operations across a global mission set, flying Part 91 and Part 135 flights while ensuring regulatory compliance and Jet Linx core values on every leg.

You will plan flights, maintain EFB systems, and communicate clearly about standby status, trip notifications, and flight reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to obtain an ATP; current First-Class Medical required.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States and ability to obtain a U.S. driver’s license.

The Opportunity

Join Jet Linx as the Pilot in Command of a Gulfstream GV based in Teterboro, NJ, and lead safe, efficient, and passenger-focused operations across a global mission set. You will captain both Part 91 and Part 135 flights, championing regulatory compliance, proactive decision-making, and the Jet Linx core values on every leg.

What You Will Do

• Serve as PIC, ensuring the highest standards of safety and compliance with FARs and company procedures.
• Plan and execute flights, managing duty, flight, and rest per CFR and company requirements.
• Maintain clear, timely communication on standby status, trip notifications, position calls, and flight reports.
• Manage and maintain EFB hardware and apps; keep charts, publications, and company manuals current.
• Exercise strong, proactive, and timely judgment in dynamic operational environments.
• Uphold a current First-Class Medical and represent Jet Linx core values in all interactions.

Minimum Flight Experience

• Total time: 3,500 hours
• PIC time: 2,000 hours
• Time in type (GV): 250 hours total, 250 hours PIC
• Multi-engine: 1,500 hours (including 500 hours multi-engine PIC)
• Turbine: 500 hours
• Instrument: 300 hours

Preferred: Initial or recurrent Part 142 training in type within the last 24 months.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to obtain an ATP; current First-Class Medical required.
• FCC Restricted Radio Operator Permit and current passport.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States and ability to obtain a U.S. driver’s license.
• Pass pre-employment drug screening and participate in random drug and alcohol testing as required.
• Successful FAA Pilot Records Database (PRD) review with a System Chief Pilot.
• Unrestricted ability to travel to EU, Canadian, and Caribbean destinations.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as operationally required.
• Ability to work around aircraft and terminals and to lift/move up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Residence within, or willingness to relocate to, a two-hour callout of Teterboro (home base).

Pay & Benefits

• Base salary: $195,000–$251,000 annually (dependent on location, aircraft, crew position, education, training, and experience)

Base, Schedule & Mobility

• Home base: Teterboro, New Jersey (TEB)
• Callout: Within two hours of the assigned base
• Operations: Domestic and international, including EU, Canada, and the Caribbean

Training & Currency

• Maintain all qualifications and currency applicable to PIC operations under Part 91 and Part 135.
• Part 142 initial or recurrent training in type within 24 months preferred.
• Ensure all required documents, medicals, and company manuals are current at all times.
