Job summary

UE Systems is seeking a technically minded sales professional to own the Gulf Coast territory, develop new business, and improve reliability and efficiency for industrial facilities. The role blends technical understanding with consultative selling, customer relationships, and territory growth, with 50–75% travel and base salary of $90,000–$130,000 plus incentives.

The candidate will build a sales pipeline, expand existing accounts, and become a trusted advisor to maintenance and reliability

Qualifications

• 5+ years in maintenance, reliability, PdM, or plant operations within asset-intensive environments.
• Experience in field-based technical roles or customer-facing service.
• Ability to translate technical findings into business value for multiple audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the Gulf Coast territory to grow revenue and expand accounts.
• Prospect for new business and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Lead customer discovery, on-site evaluations, product demos, and proof-of-value engagements.
• Translate technical challenges into actionable business cases to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
• Manage full sales cycle from opportunities to proposals, negotiation, and closing.
• Maintain organized territory plans and accurate CRM pipeline.
