• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, pack, and ship customer guitars and merch securely.
• Process and track shipments; coordinate with carriers.
• Support daily inventory management and receiving.
• Maintain clean, organized shipping area.
• Verify order accuracy before shipment.
• Assist with shipping issues and delays.
• Communicate with Retail, Customer Service, and Warehouse.
• Support process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Follow Gibson shipping standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
