3-5 years in retail operations, inventory planning, or related roles.
Experience managing inventory and replenishment in retail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and improve retail operating procedures across Garage locations.
Coordinate inventory forecasting, replenishment, ordering, and store readiness.
Monitor operational performance and implement process improvements.
Create and maintain planograms and merchandising standards.
Support store openings, seasonal transitions, and product launches.
Produce reports and scorecards showing key retail metrics.
Collaborate with store teams to address operational challenges.
