Qualifications

• Expert proficiency in Guidewire PolicyCenter is required.
• Guidewire Advanced Product Designer proficiency recommended.
• Strong Java development skills and Insurance domain knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure software systems end-to-end or for stages of the product lifecycle.
• Apply knowledge of technologies, methodologies, processes, and tools to support the project.
• Collaborate with teams, mentor members, and participate in key decisions.
• Translate requirements into technical specifications and evaluate new technologies.
• Lead design and implementation of software solutions meeting client needs.
• Facilitate team meetings and ensure alignment on project goals.
• Foster continuous improvement within the team and drive quality.

• You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
