Job summary

A leading technology services firm is seeking a Mid-Senior level Guidewire PolicyCenter expert. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of Guidewire solutions, mentoring junior developers and facilitating team collaboration. With a focus on continuous improvement, you'll evaluate and integrate new technologies. The position operates on a hybrid model, requiring three days onsite in Hartford, CT or Hunt Valley, MD. This role is only open to local candidates with advanced skills in Guidewire Integration and APD.

Qualifications

Job Summary

• Serve as the subject matter expert for Guidewire PolicyCenter and related integrations (8+ years required).
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions, ensuring they meet client needs.
• Translate business and project requirements into clear technical specifications for development teams.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
• Facilitate team meetings to ensure alignment, collaboration, and progress toward project goals.
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance system performance and user experience.
• Manage key technical decisions, stakeholder communications, and project milestones.
