Job summary

EY is seeking a skilled technology consultant to transform insurance business problems into scalable digital solutions. You will work with Guidewire components and front-end technologies to deliver integrated policies, billing, and claims capabilities.

The role emphasizes collaboration across client teams, architecture design, and driving end-to-end implementation through all project phases, including data mapping and system integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in Property & Casualty insurance or consulting.
• Experience with Guidewire and related platforms (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Translate client business problems into technology solutions.
• Support remediation and mitigation of process risk in client engagements.
• Align requirements with quick-to-market digital solutions and architecture.
