AAA Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a Guidewire Developer to enhance Policy Center implementations and integrations. The role supports multiple markets during transitions to Guidewire, with a strong emphasis on hands-on Gosu coding in Studio and delivery within Agile sprints.

The position is hybrid, requiring on-site presence near Coppell, TX, with regular collaboration days and team meetings. You’ll present stories and participate in design reviews for a large development team.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Guidewire implementations in production environments.
• Good understanding of PolicyCenter integration and configurations.
• Strong programming in Gosu, Java, Javascript and SQL.
• Proficiency with IntelliJ-based Studio tooling for Guidewire development.
• Ability to work in Agile sprints and participate in code reviews.

Responsibilities

• Develop features in Guidewire across sprints and teams.
• Triage issues, fix bugs, and review logs to identify root causes.
• Collaborate on UI changes, messaging, API integrations, and tests.
• Present work at sprint reviews and code-review sessions.
