Co-operators Insurance is seeking a Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer to support digital transformation initiatives and core insurance operations. You will configure PolicyCenter with Gosu, build integrations via REST APIs, and work with architects and teams to deliver scalable insurance technology.

Role requires 5+ years in IT, strong Guidewire knowledge, and ability to collaborate in an Agile environment. Fully remote, with core Mountain Time hours, and Canadian-focused team dynamics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT/software development or related field.
• Post-secondary education in IT/CS or related discipline.
• Hands-on with Guidewire PolicyCenter configuration and development.

Responsibilities

• Configure Guidewire PolicyCenter using Gosu and develop integrations via REST APIs, web services, and messaging frameworks.
• Collaborate with Agile teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable insurance tech solutions.
• Maintain alignment with development standards and best practices across architecture and plugins.
