Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a skilled Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer to design, build, and optimize PolicyCenter components for our US-based clients. You will work with PCF, Gosu, and data models while integrating with billing, claims, and rating systems.

The role requires hands-on experience in P&C insurance, REST/SOAP APIs, and a willingness to collaborate in an Agile environment across multiple locations including New York, Atlanta, and Chicago.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter development.
• Strong expertise in Gosu, PCF, Page Configuration, Rules Engine, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) or Commercial Lines Insurance.
• Knowledge of Guidewire Cloud Platform is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance Guidewire PolicyCenter components including PCF, Gosu, business rules, workflows, and data models.
• Build and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and web services with external systems such as billing, claims, and rating platforms.

Key Responsibilities

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $75,000 - $90,000/Annum

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
