Qualifications

8–12 years of experience in IT delivery / project management within P&C Insurance.
Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter).
Proven track record in leading large-scale implementations and client engagements.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and ITIL frameworks.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of Guidewire implementations and P&C insurance projects.
Drive execution across PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter.
Ensure adherence to best practices and delivery methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
Act as the primary client interface, managing expectations and building strong relationships.
Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance outcomes.
Monitor project health, risks, and governance, ensuring timely delivery.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align delivery with business objectives.
Stay updated on Guidewire advancements and incorporate into delivery strategy.
