Qualifications
8–12+ years of IT experience with significant Guidewire exposure.
Experience with Guidewire integrations, APIs, and data models.
Responsibilities
Lead architecture and design for Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter implementations.
Provide technical leadership across Guidewire development and integration teams.
Design scalable and high-performance Guidewire solutions aligned with business requirements.
Oversee system integrations, data migration, and upgrades.
Ensure adherence to Guidewire best practices, standards, and security guidelines.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams.
Support production issues, performance tuning, and system optimization.
Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter
Proven experience as a Guidewire Architect / Senior Technical Lead
Strong understanding of P&C Insurance domain
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Education
