Job summary

Capgemini in Hartford seeks a senior data integration lead to design, implement and support enterprise data platforms using Guidewire DataHub, InfoCenter, SSIS and SQL Server. You will own end-to-end delivery of ODS and data warehouse initiatives for insurance business functions.

You will partner with stakeholders to define data strategies, govern data quality, oversee ETL frameworks, and mentor technical teams while driving cloud adoption and operational excellence across Azure hosted platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing enterprise data platforms using Guidewire DataHub and SSIS.
• Strong SQL Server, ETL, data warehouse and governance capabilities.
• Proficient in ODS design, dimensional modeling and insurance data integrations.
• Collaborates with stakeholders and delivers in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation and support of enterprise data platforms leveraging Guidewire DataHub, InfoCenter, SSIS and SQL Server.
• Own end-to-end delivery of data integration, ODS and data warehouse initiatives for insurance functions.
• Govern data integration between PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter and reporting layers.
• Oversee ETL frameworks, data quality, validation, governance, and production support activities.
• Mentor technical teams and drive cloud adoption and operational excellence.
