Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a data integration specialist in Hartford, CT area to lead design, implementation, and support of enterprise data platforms using Guidewire DataHub and InfoCenter, SSIS, and SQL Server. You will own end-to-end delivery of ODS and data warehouse initiatives supporting insurance business functions.

You will oversee ETL frameworks for scalable, secure data movement and govern data standards, while partnering with stakeholders and engineering teams in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Lead the design implementation and support of enterprise data platforms leveraging Guidewire DataHub InfoCenter SSIS and SQL Server technologies.
• Own end-to-end delivery of data integration, ODS and data warehouse initiatives supporting insurance business functions.
• Oversee ETL frameworks for scalable, high performing data movement across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Review ETL designs, data models, SQL code for alignment with architecture and best practices.
• Manage project planning, resource allocation, risk mitigation and delivery of DataHub and InfoCenter programs in Agile environments.
• Lead mentor and develop technical teams while driving automation and operational excellence.
