Job summary

HCLTech in Chicago, IL seeks a Guidewire Specialist to enable seamless integration of Guidewire Cloud Data Access data into the Databricks Lakehouse platform. You will analyze Guidewire Policy, Claims, and Billing data models, define mappings, and ensure data quality, lineage, and SSOT governance across bronze and silver layers.

Qualifications

• Experience with Guidewire Cloud Data Access; data modeling and mapping across insurance domains.
• Ability to define source-to-target mappings, data quality controls, and lineage.
• Proficiency in SQL and Databricks for data analytics and ingestion pipelines.
• Familiarity with SSOT concepts and data governance in large data estates.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Guidewire CDA data structures across Policy, Claims, Billing, Payments and Customer domains.
• Define source-to-target mappings and transformation rules, reconcile data, and ensure data quality controls.
• Collaborate with Databricks engineers to build ingestion pipelines and validate data movement into the Lakehouse.
• Support canonical data model development and harmonization with legacy systems.
