Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of software development experience, with 5 years specifically in Guidewire configuration and development.
- Hands-on experience with Guidewire InsuranceSuite applications including PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.
- Proficiency in Gosu programming, Guidewire architecture, and integration patterns.
- Experience leading development teams and managing technical deliverables in Guidewire projects.
Responsibilities
- Drive the design, development, and implementation of Guidewire solutions across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter platforms.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams working on Guidewire configuration projects.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
- Review technical designs, code, and implementation approaches to ensure quality and compliance with best practices.
- Support production deployments and post-implementation activities to ensure smooth operations.
