Job summary

HDI Global Insurance Company in Chicago, IL seeks a Guidewire Policy Center Developer to automate business processes and deliver scalable solutions. You will analyze requirements, design data models, and implement integrations across teams.

The role requires hands-on Guidewire development, Java or C#, Gosu and XML expertise, and a track record of delivering projects across the full development lifecycle. A Bachelor's (or higher) in CS/engineering is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Guidewire Policy Center development experience.
• Hands-on Guidewire development with data modeling knowledge.
• Strong Java/C#/Gosu and XML skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Guidewire Policy Center solutions.
• Develop and maintain applications using Guidewire and related tech.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs.
• Provide expertise on system design, data modeling, and integration.
• Participate in full development lifecycle from MVP to deployment.
• Analyze data and requirements to provide actionable insights.
• Work independently and in teams to deliver projects.
• Ensure quality, functionality, and performance standards.
• Research emerging tech to drive continuous improvement.
• Support enterprise integration and ongoing Guidewire enhancements.
