Vaco by Highspring seeks a seasoned Guidewire Business Analyst to support enterprise initiatives across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter. The role partners with business stakeholders, technology teams, and operations to deliver enhancements, integrations, production support, and strategic projects within a Guidewire environment.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years Guidewire experience, strong documentation and stakeholder skills, and a track record in Agile settings.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of Guidewire experience.
• 7+ years of experience in the specific Guidewire Center being supported (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter).
• 3+ years of Property & Casualty insurance experience.
• Strong knowledge of Guidewire functionality, workflows, integrations, and production support.
• Experience working within Agile environments.
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Jira, Rally, or similar tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Guidewire Digital Portals experience.
• Third-party integration experience.
• Background in Guidewire Development, QA, or Technical Leadership.
• Experience with homeowners, commercial property, or related insurance products.
• Guidewire certifications (Associate, Professional, or ACE).
• CBAP, IIBA, CSM, or CSPO certifications.

Additional Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• No current or future sponsorship requirements.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid environment and be onsite within 60 days of offer acceptance.

Ideal candidates combine deep Guidewire expertise, strong business analysis skills, production support experience, and the ability to bridge the gap between business and technology teams
