As a Guidewire consulting generalist at PwC, you will specialise in delivering consulting services for Guidewire software solutions. You will apply in-depth knowledge of Guidewire applications to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support specific to Guidewire software.

You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members’ unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. With your growing understanding of business operations, you play a key role in identifying opportunities that contribute to our firm’s success. As part of the FS Enabling Technologies team, you will manage projects related to systems configurations within the Insurance industry. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You will be responsible for project success and maintaining high standards, leveraging team strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations.

What You Must Have

  • Understanding of Guidewire ecosystem and Cloud platform.
  • Experience in scope, schedule, and budget management of large-scale programs.
  • Skills in planning management and backlog grooming.
  • Stakeholder management and governance skills.
  • Resource and vendor management experience.
  • Financial management and cost modeling expertise.
  • Organizational change management capabilities.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining PMO tools and templates.
