We are seeking a dynamic, collaborative Agile Project Manager with Consulting experience to advise, plan, and lead project teams to implement and sustain a variety of cloud solutions for CRM and Contact Centers. Projects may range from complex initiatives tied to a specific business unit or for enterprise-wide projects. Ideally, we are looking for analytical, organized multitaskers with strong business acumen and knowledge of consulting practices.

Position Details

- Full Time (W2), 100% Remote

Qualifications and Skills

1. Agile background (Scrum frameworks, Kanban, Waterfall) and experience in a hybrid culture
2. Ability and experience engaging with cross-functional stakeholders within the IT/SaaS sector
3. 6+ years of SOW management experience within the IT domain
4. Understanding functionalities for different business groups within projects, with the ability to work and communicate effectively across the entire team
5. 6+ years of experience with JIRA or similar tools such as Asana, Rally, ClickUp
6. Exposure to Salesforce or other CRM platforms
7. Certifications: PMP or CSM, PMI-ACP, PSM
