Kana Hotel Group is seeking a seasoned Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee room cleaning operations, manage inventories, and coordinate with the Executive Housekeeper. You will lead room attendants, ensure quality, and support brand audits while maintaining a positive, professional attitude.

The role requires at least 2 years in housekeeping, strong communication skills, and some supervisory experience. Evening and weekend shifts may apply; comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in all aspects of housekeeping required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee list of vacant rooms to be cleaned and assign tasks.
• Assist room attendants by cleaning guest rooms.
• Inventory cleaning supplies and linens; maintain budget.
• Maintain cleanliness of storage rooms and stock carts.
• Investigate concerns regarding housekeeping service and equipment and report to supervisor.
• Attend and/or conduct required housekeeping team meetings.
