APA Hotels Woodbridge is seeking a meticulous Housekeeping Inspector to ensure guest rooms, suites, and public areas meet the brand's cleanliness standards and guest expectations. You will conduct inspections to verify cleanliness, stock, and presentation, then report any maintenance issues to the appropriate department.

The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to work with front desk teams to support smooth check-ins.

Formación

• Minimal of two years of housekeeping experience in a hotel context.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect guest rooms after cleaning to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Verify rooms are clean, sanitary, and stocked with linens and amenities.
• Identify maintenance issues and report to the appropriate department.
• Ensure VIP, occupied, vacant, and arrival rooms meet hotel standards.
• Inspect hallways, public areas, and housekeeping storage rooms.
• Monitor staff performance and coach to improve quality.
• Communicate room status updates with Front Office for check-ins.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation policies.
• Assist with inventory control of supplies and amenities.
• Train new housekeeping staff on procedures and standards.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns professionally.
• Complete inspection reports and maintain accurate records.
