Job summary

LBA Hospitality is seeking a Rooms Inspector to support our Atlanta property. You will help ensure guest rooms and public areas meet cleanliness and safety standards while assisting the Housekeeping team.

The role emphasizes strong teamwork, attention to detail, and reliable scheduling. This is an on-site position with opportunities to learn hotel systems and contribute to guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotels, lodging, hospitals, housing or care facilities.
• Familiarity with housekeeping procedures, sanitation, linens, supplies and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and brand standards.
• Coordinate daily housekeeping activities and room-status updates.
• Report discrepancies and maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintain logs, checklists, and documentation.
• Assist with inventories, supplies, ordering, and receiving as needed.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Follow safety procedures and emergency protocols.
