Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep equipment in good working order through routine repairs and preventative maintenance. You will assist the Chief Engineer with building and grounds tasks, ensuring guest areas are safe and well-maintained.

Alongside a strong focus on safety, you will provide courteous service to guests and collaborate with other departments as needed. Knowledge of emergency procedures and JSA guides is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with preventative maintenance and routine repairs.
• Familiarity with safety standards and emergency procedures.
• Ability to work on guest room systems and assist other departments.
• Strong teamwork and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Keep all equipment in good working order with routine repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Assist Chief Engineer on building and grounds maintenance.
