• Prepare staff schedules and complete the work distribution report.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas daily to meet cleaning standards.
• Train and supervise new associates and provide ongoing training for current staff.
• Check for early make-ups, special requests, and VIP guests.
• Maintain written records for lost and found.
• Run departure reports and recheck rooms in your assigned section.
• Submit work orders for repairs and report safety hazards to management immediately.
