Job summary

InTown Suites is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming guest rooms and spaces at our Charleston, SC property. You will perform routine and deep cleaning to meet cleanliness standards and guest expectations, ensuring accommodations are ready for occupancy.

Essential duties include cleaning rooms, restrooms, kitchens, and hallways; restocking supplies; and reporting maintenance or safety concerns.

Qualifications

• The ability to follow housekeeping SOPs and standards.
• Capability to follow directions and meet deadlines.
• Capacity to clean the minimum required rooms per shift.
• Ability to reach, lift, and perform cleaning tasks safely.
• Willingness to rotate duties as needed during business demand.
• Attention to cleanliness quality in guest rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms according to SOPs.
• Remove trash from rooms and surrounding areas.
• Maintain hotel areas to company standards.
• Clean baths and kitchens, including fixtures and surfaces.
• Vacuum and wash floors; dust and polish furnishings.
• Maintain exterior room appearance and equipment.
• Restock housekeeping supplies and carts.
• Operate housekeeping equipment per SOPs.
• Report safety issues and guest concerns promptly.
