Job summary

InTown Suites is hiring a Housekeeper to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming guest spaces across our properties. You will perform routine and deep cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, laundry areas, and common spaces to meet cleanliness standards and guest expectations.

Key duties include cleaning rooms, restrooms, kitchens, and public areas; restocking supplies; and ensuring on-time readiness of accommodations. We offer weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of housekeeping and laundry SOPs and techniques.
• Ability to follow instructions, directions and meet deadlines.
• Ability to clean the minimum required rooms per shift.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexibility to perform various housekeeping/laundry duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms according to SOPs.
• Remove trash and debris from rooms and surrounding areas.
• Ensure all hotel areas meet company standards.
• Clean baths including tub, toilet, sinks, and fixtures.
• Clean kitchen and dining areas including refrigerator and counters.
• Vacuum and wash floors according to procedures.
• Dust and polish furnishings and appliances.
• Maintain outside appearance of rooms and entryways.
• Notify Head Guest Room Attendant of room readiness.
• Restock housekeeping cart at end of shift.
• Operate housekeeping equipment per SOPs.
• Report safety/security violations and guest concerns.
• Maintain superior customer service with guests.
