Job summary

Hampton Inn & Suites Wiggins is seeking a dedicated housekeeper to clean guest rooms and public areas to high standards. You will restock amenities, assist with supplies, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment for all guests.

Responsibilities include cleaning bathrooms, floors, and surfaces, as well as reporting maintenance needs. No prior experience required; a strong work ethic and reliability are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• No formal experience required for the position.

Responsibilities

• Cleans guest rooms and public areas to established standards of cleanliness and neatness.
• Retrieves items from shelves and storerooms and restocks supplies as needed.
• Cleans bathrooms, windows, doors and fixtures; maintains a sanitary environment.
• Replaces towels and amenities and restocks literature and stationery.
• Vacuuming and floor cleaning in rooms and hallways, including under furniture.
• Inspects doors, windows and room equipment and reports issues to maintenance.
• Maintains a friendly, courteous demeanor and supports hotel staff.
