Job summary

Hampton Inn Santa Fe South is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain guest rooms, hallways and public areas to ensure cleanliness and safety. Staff will stock supplies, greet guests by name when possible, and support a welcoming environment.

You will follow guidelines, handle pace and work a varied schedule including evenings and weekends. Strong communication and teamwork are essential to delivering spotless rooms and high guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred.
• Can-Do Attitude: Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to Follow Guidelines: Must be able to understand and follow established guidelines and procedures.
• Handle Pace and Pressure: Must work well in stressful, high-pressure situations.
• Listening, Conflict Resolution: Must be effective at listening to, understanding, clarifying, and resolving concerns.
• Communication Skills: Must be able to convey information clearly.

Responsibilities

• The Housekeeper cleans and prepares guest rooms, hallways, and public areas.
• Pre-Cleaning and Stocking: stock room supplies, assist with morning stand-up, manage linen and supplies.
• Clean and Stock Rooms: thoroughly clean and restock guest rooms per shift; assist with deep cleaning as needed.
